Assured Home Services (AHS) was established in 2018 in the Common Wealth of Virginia and licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services in 2019. AHS provides independent living for adults with Developmental Disability ( physical and mental disability). Our program is individualized for each resident and enhance quality of life in a less restrictive environment, while nurturing independence, dignity and personal life choices with Family’s peace of mind prioritized. We aspire to achieve these through modeling, assisting, coaching and supporting each resident in the social, financial and interpersonal areas of their lives.
Assured is a home where everybody is a genius, we see ability in every disability, so disability to us is not inability. Rather than focusing on their inability, we tend to focus on their ability which is beauty and uniqueness. That is why we lay more emphasis on what an individual can do rather than what he/she cannot do.

The home atmosphere is our strongest advantage, here residents are treated as one of the Family members by warm, loving Staff members. The professional trained Staff provides expertise care, they use each resident’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) and blend it with the Person Centered Plan (PCP), so that individual can thrive now and grow into the future.
